How many people can the boat accommodate?

The Vivien pontoon can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests plus the captain.

Is the boat suitable for people with reduced mobility?

The boat is not wheelchair accessible. However, if you are able to get on board, there is enough space for a wheelchair.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. Pets are welcome on board.

Is smoking allowed on board?

Smoking traditional cigarettes on board is not permitted. Electronic cigarettes are allowed.

Is there Wi-Fi on board?

Yes. Free Wi-Fi, a high-quality audio system and a smart TV are available on board.

Is there a toilet on the boat?

Yes. The boat is equipped with a full-size toilet for maximum comfort throughout the cruise.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. We accept cash and all common payment cards, including American Express.

Can I choose my own cruise route?

Yes. We will be happy to adjust the route according to your wishes, provided it is permitted by navigation rules on the Vltava River. Our standard route runs between the Legion Bridge and Hlávka Bridge, including the romantic Čertovka canal.

What happens if the weather is bad?

That is not a problem. The pontoon is equipped with a transparent roof that protects against rain and wind without limiting the view of Prague’s landmarks.

Can I bring my own refreshments or drinks?

Yes. Your own refreshments, birthday cake and favourite drinks are welcome on board. If you have any special wishes, we will be happy to try to arrange everything in advance.
